How do I get a login? Do I need one? A login is not required to download manuals, toolkits, policies or procedures. A login is needed for the Educational Webinars. Getting one is easy! Just click on "Create Account" on the home screen and fill out the form. A HealthCap® policy is not required.

I've been a long-time user of the Resource and Education Center, but now my login doesn't work. Why? We've simplified our login processes, no longer requiring your policy number and effective date. This makes it possible for everyone to access our materials--not just HealthCap® members-- a benefit for the entire industry! Because of this change, we need previous users to create a new password. Can I take the watermark “Sample” off of the resources?  These documents are intended as informational templates. Please use them as guidance for creating documents specific to your organization.

Can I take an ANCC certified webinar even if I’m not a nurse?  Yes, anyone can learn from these great resources and we encourage everyone to participate in the programs! You will receive a certificate even if you are not a licensed nurse.

How do I access a webinar?  When you find a webinar you would like to register for, click on the “Register” button to add it to your cart. You will be required to log in or create an account prior to accessing the webinar. Enter your discount code and/or method of payment to register for your selected course. Once registration is complete, click on the “View Product” link and follow the prompts.
